Cancellation Policy
· E-Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers / Digital Gift Cards: Once purchased, cancellations are not allowed.
· Physical Gift Cards: Cancellation requests are accepted only if made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order has been processed for shipping.
· Perishable Items: No cancellations are accepted.
· Incorrect Delivery: If you receive the wrong Gift Card, please contact us immediately. You may return the package (with the card intact and unused) within 7 days for a replacement.
· Damaged / Tampered Package: If the delivered package appears tampered or soiled, notify us immediately for a replacement.
· Cancellation Charges: No cancellation fees will be applied.

Refund Policy
· We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards.
· E-Gift Cards / Digital Vouchers: No cancellations, returns, or refunds are applicable.
· In case of an approved cancellation (only applicable to eligible Physical Gift Cards), the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
· Expired Cards: Once expired, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed, refunded, or revalidated.
· Lost / Stolen / Damaged Cards: Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost, or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
· Gift Cards (physical or digital) cannot be exchanged for cash.
📌 Note: Returns and replacements are not applicable on E-Gift Cards or E-Vouchers.
