Customer can redeem only 2 (Two) e-cards / day at the participating Apollo Pharmacy retail outlets.

The person who has the Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.

Apollo Pharmacy is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.

Request the cashier to use Billing Code (6619 E-Healing Card) to redeem this 16-digit Card No and its Pin No. Call Apollo Pharmacy Customer Care 1860 500 0101 for any issues while redeeming.

Queries while redemption only should be directed to Apollo customer care (1860 500 0101). For further issues, customers must contact the issuer, whose details should be mentioned on the voucher or card.

This is a One-time use E-Healing Card with an expiration date.

No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the E-Healing Card will be given. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.

Any dispute related to the E-Healing Card should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Hyderabad shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
