The BPCL Smart Fleet Physical Gift Card can be used only at participating BPCL fuel stations in India.

The card is valid for fuel purchases (Petrol/Diesel) and other permitted products/services at BPCL outlets.

The card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Any unused balance will remain on the card until expiry as per BPCL’s validity terms.

Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately; replacement is subject to BPCL policies.

BPCL reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.

The cardholder is responsible for safeguarding the card.

Visit any authorized BPCL fuel station that accepts Smart Fleet Cards.

Inform the fuel station attendant that you wish to pay using the BPCL Smart Fleet Card.

Swipe or present the physical card at the POS terminal.

Enter the required PIN (if applicable) to authorize the transaction.
