Pineperks Rupay Gift Card

The following terms and conditions are applicable to the Purchaser including Co-Branding arrangements upon purchase of the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card through Pine Labs:

1. All Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards shall be valid for minimum period of 3(Three) years and shall remain valid till the date mentioned on the face of the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card. The validity of the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card may be extended or a replacement card may be issued on expiry upon request from the Purchaser or the Cardholder subject to applicable fees and at the discretion of Pine Labs.
2. The Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards can be redeemed at any of the websites and offline locations which accept RuPay instruments as and by way of payment. It cannot be used to buy e-gift vouchers available on the Pine Perks app or website.
3. Under no circumstances whatsoever is the return of Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards permitted under this Agreement once the same have been generated and delivered to the Purchaser.
4. The Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards cannot be reloaded resold transferred for value or redeemed/exchanged for its value in cash by the Cardholder. Cash withdrawal facility is not available on Pine Perks RuPay Gift card.
5. If the Cardholder information provided by the Purchaser or the Cardholder is found to be incorrect the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card in question is liable to be cancelled and the entire amount forfeited and no claims in respect thereof will be entertained.
6. The Purchaser shall indemnify defend and hold harmless Pine Labs from and against any and all third party liability losses costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of the breach of these terms and conditions the negligence or willful misconduct by the Purchaser or its employees or agents.
7. PINE LABS DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THE PINE PERKS RUPAY GIFT CARDS INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL THE PURCHASER AND THE CARDHOLDER’S SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
8. All fees surcharges goods and applicable taxes with respect to Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card shall be borne by the Purchaser or the Cardholder. Pine Labs shall have no liability towards the same. There may be surcharge applicable on certain card transactions. In such an event the same will be deducted from the card balance available in the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card at the time of transaction. In case the card balance is not sufficient to provide for the surcharge the transaction shall be declined.
9. Any change of Cardholder credentials like mobile number e-mail etc. will have to be communicated by the Purchaser only. The Cardholder cannot request for any changes directly. Cardholders can check the available balance of cards by logging in on the Pine Perks Website ( www.pineperks.in) and Pine Perks Mobile App.
10. Pine Labs may from time to time issue certain special categories of gift cards which can be accepted only at specific merchant category outlets.
11. Any dispute in relation to the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards shall be referred to Pine Labs Ltd. and the decision of Pine Labs shall be final in this regard. Any disputes and claims in relation to the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards shall be subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts at Noida UP.
12. The Cardholder shall inform Pine Labs by contacting the Customer Care at 080-64534440 or email at prepaidsupport@pinelabs.com within 15 ( Fifteen) days of occurrence of any transaction if any irregularities or discrepancies exist in such transaction or if such Cardholder has any query or complaint in relation to the Transaction. If Pine Labs does not receive any information to the contrary within 15 (Fifteen ) days of occurrence of any Transaction it shall be entitled to assume and proceed on the basis that the relevant Transaction(s) was effected without any irregularity/ discrepancy. Subject to the foregoing all transactions as aforesaid shall be dealt with in accordance with the Customer Grievance Redressal Policy of Pine Labs which can be accessed at this link

Physical Gift Cards are normally delivered in 3-4 working days. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 4-5 working days..
