The Collective E-Gift voucher can be redeemed for any product at The Collective stores/website across India.
The Collective E-Gift voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue.
Validity period of the E Gift voucher will not be extended under any circumstances.
The Collective E-Gift voucher is redeemable multiple times, only by the bearer.
The Collective E-Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher/gift card.
No duplicate will be issued if The Collective E Gift voucher is lost or misplaced.
Providing the correct Mobile no & E-mail Id will be customer’s responsibility for trigger of E-GV Redemption Code.
Protect the E-Gift card number and PIN to avoid misuse. The Collective shall not assume any liability in case the e-GC PIN gets stolen/compromised, The Collective shall neither replace the e-GC nor refund cash.
Any dispute should be referred to any company and decision of the company shall be final.
The Collective E- voucher has been issued subject to the terms of the company.

Once customer receives the 16-digit E-gift card number and 6-digit PIN. As shown in below screenshot. Below are the steps to redeem in thecollective.in website.
Step 1: Customer should open this link https://wwwthecollective.in/myaccount/wallet from the browser
Step 2: If he is an existing customer they should login with e-mail ID / mobile number if he is a new customer they have to create an account.
Step 3: Once customer logged-in they will land on below page. And they should click on button which is on right hand side “ADD GIFT CARD”
Step 4: Once click of “ADD GIFT CARD” button a pop-up will appear where customer should enter the 16-digit e-gift card number and 6-digit PIN and click on “ADD TO ACCOUNT” button
Step 5: Once the card is validated, the amount will be added to American Eagle Credits which indicates the E-gift card redemption is successful
Step 6: Finally, customer can use this credits in checkout summary page in “APPLY COUPONS & PROMOTIONS” section.
Redemption Steps at Store
Step 1: Customer visit The Collective, Hackett London, Ted Baker, Fred Perry stores in India
Step 2: Customer completes shopping and proceeds to billing
Step 3: Customer presents e-gift card code (card no and Pin) to Cashier
Step 4: Cashier punches in bill
